FILO Cultivars come from single Tuscan estates. One harvest, one cultivar, one oil. Never assembled from olives or oils sourced across different farms or regions.
Milled within hours, not days
Our olives are harvested in the cool of the day and reach the mill within hours, not days, helping preserve more of their freshness, aroma and natural character.
Extracted cold under vacuum
FILO is extracted at carefully controlled temperatures, using vacuum technology to limit oxygen exposure and retain more aroma, polyphenols and natural character.
Sealed fresh at the source
FILO is bottled under protective atmosphere, in dark premium glass with a sealed cap designed to shield the oil from light and air until the moment you open it.
Tested at batch level
